All Sewing

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2025

This policy explains what All Sewing ("we") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who else handles it and how you can see or delete it.

What we collect and why

Contact and quote forms

When you send a message or request a quote, we save:

  • your first and last name, email address, country and message;
  • your phone number, if you add one;
  • for a quote, the machine or part you asked about.

We use these details to answer you and, for a quote, to prepare prices, availability and delivery terms. We do this because you asked us to, before any sale takes place.

Manual downloads

When you download a manual, we save your email address and IP address with the manual you asked for, and give you a download link. We use them to provide the link and to stop automated or abusive downloads.

Request details

With every form we also record your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page you sent the form from, the page that referred you to the site and the site language. We use them to keep spam and abuse out of the forms and to understand how people find us. This is our legitimate interest in running the forms safely.

We don't add your details to mailing lists and we don't sell them.

Analytics

We count visits with Plausible Analytics. Plausible uses no cookies and collects no personal data: we only see totals, such as how many people visited a page and which site sent them.

Ads and cookies

Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to show ads, to limit how often you see the same ad and to measure ads. Depending on your choices, the ads can be personalised from your activity on this and other websites. Google explains this in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and you can manage personalised ads in Google's ad settings.

We set no cookies of our own for advertising or analytics.

Your consent choices

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent message from a Google-certified consent platform asks for your choices before ads use cookies or personal data. In US states with privacy laws, a message lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for ads.

You can change your choices at any time with the "Privacy choices" link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who handles your details for us

  • Our hosting provider runs the website and stores the database where messages and downloads are saved.
  • Our email delivery provider sends each message and quote request to our sales team.
  • Google serves the ads, as described above.

The hosting and email providers only process your details on our behalf, to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep messages, quote requests and manual downloads with no fixed end date, so we have the history of your requests if you contact us again. We delete your details when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them, and you can object to how we use them. Send your request through our contact form using the email address the request is about, so we can match it to your details. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is for businesses and adult buyers. It is not aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their details.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
