Pocket creaser.
Model 1001 features a new way to crease pockets through a patented design which uses high pressure and temperature without damaging the pockets. Pressure and temperature can be varied for best results on any type of material (cotton, silk, wool, synthetics, leather, jersey, etc.).
Electropneumatically operated, timers and thermostats keep pressing temperatures and time constant. The 1001 unit is equipped with twin creasing units for maximum productivity. Irons all pocket shapes, replacing the central insert. The machine is equipped with a device which allows the inner edge to be folded inwards, eliminating any fabric overlap.
The hourly production rate is approximately 400 pieces hourly. Equipped with a new control system with PLC.
