Punching machine
Punching machine: punch holes on shoes upper. The sewing patterns can be programmable on computer. Compared with the traditional solution, no cut materials will be left on the shoes upper during sewing because the cut material is disposed downwards. One operator can operate several punching machine at same time, Three different shape holes can be punched on the shoes upper through 3 -size punchers switched automated. .The punchers and lower model used on machines is made from durable alloys. And guide trail and cylinders are from THK and SMC. All these makes the machine quality excellent. The sewing size is 300*200mm.
